At Masaya, we want your home to be a sanctuary of comfort, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all original furniture and decor. If your new piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are committed to making it right through a seamless return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Masaya account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and provide a brief reason for the request.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original Masaya box with all protective padding and hardware included to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and coordinate a convenient time for our specialized furniture couriers to collect the item from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
